Members of the news media are welcome to cover the air show on March 27.

Contact the Public Affairs Office to RSVP in order to reserve a media parking pass at 928-269-2942/3612 or graham.benson@usmc.mil. Media must provide full name, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the media organization. Media must enter via the North Gate between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on March 27 and present a valid photo ID to obtain parking pass.

Please note:
No access to special areas or designated shooting areas are currently available. No ride-alongs are permitted on military aircraft or vehicles, nor will the Public Affairs Office coordinate ride-alongs with any civilian performers. Members of the media are responsible for carrying/transporting their own gear. Members of the media who stray into restricted areas will be immediately escorted off base by military police. Public Affairs Office personnel will be on hand during the air show to assist registered members of the media as needed.

Only members of well-established, mass media outlets will be considered for media parking. Freelance journalists and photographers must have a publishing agreement with an established mass media outlet that plans to publish their work in the immediate future will be considered for access/escort. 

Aviation enthusiasts, plane observers or "tail spotters" are considered hobbyists, not media. Publications and web sites produced for and by aviation enthusiasts are considered member-supported clubs, not media.
