• Permission to use the Yuma Airshow logo and “MCAS Yuma Airshow Sponsor” designation in advertising and promotion.
• Name and logo on the official Airshow poster.
• Name and logo in 75% of Airshow print media advertising
• Logo recognition on webpage, social networking, email and web campaign.
• Name and logo recognition in base theater advertising.
• Two (2) 3’x10’ sponsor provided banner advertisements displayed on the corner of 32nd Street and  Avenue 3E MCAS Yuma fence line leading up to Airshow day. 

On-site Activation

• Interaction with over 55,000 Airshow attendees.
• Product display space on the flight line, for sampling, couponing or mutually agreed upon marketing activity.
• 40’x40’ footprint, 1 large sunshade, 4 tables, 8 chairs. Electricity available upon request.
• Eight (8) sponsor mentions over public address system.
• Sponsor signage at high traffic locations at the Airshow with space for up to seven (7) 3’x10’ banners. All banners and advertising materials must be provided by sponsor. 

Hospitality

• VIP corporate hospitality chalet at Airshow.
• Unrestricted viewing, comfortable seating for thirty (30) guests.
• Catered foods, beverages to include beer and wine served throughout the day.
• Attendants for catering and clean up.
• Six (6) VIP parking passes.
• Custom Airshow sponsor banner (1) 3’x5’ to place at your business leading to Airshow day.
• Eight (8) invitations to CO’s Reception. Event includes food, beverages and entertainment. 
• Thank you recognition plaque.
