Volunteer for the MCAS Yuma Airshow!

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM

The MCAS Air Show is a fun way to get involved, while you are working you can feel, hear and see the excitement all around you. We are looking for adults, 17 and older, to volunteer their time to work at the Air Show. We need volunteers to be available for a minimum of 8 hours and lunch will be provided. Complete this form in its entirity and Submit it Online or MAIL to MCCS, Marketing Department, P.O. Box 99119, Yuma, Az 85369-9119.You can also FAX your application to (928) 269-0188. Applications will NOT be accepted if they are unsigned. All applications require a Chairperson approval. All volunteers must complete this form each year.

General Waiver

I will hold harmless and indemnify the MCAS Air Show, its affiliated companies and officers, directors and employees from and against any, loss, damage, liability, claims, cost, and expense including, legal fees, which may incurred by reason of the volunteer's participation in the MCAS Air Show, unless such claim are a result gross negligence of willful misconduct on the part of the MCAS Air Show. I have read and understand the foregoing general waiver and have signed voluntarily.
